We are Revolution Fitness RevFit! In our class-based structure, a coach will lead you in a strength or skill development and then a “Workout of the Day” — in the community we call it a “WOD.”
The workouts vary each day and help provide a total body workout. RevFit workouts vary in time duration, weight, and movements, so each day is a new adventure, which adds to the fun of Functional Fitness.
And, all workouts are “scalable” — meaning beginners and experts can workout alongside each other by simply choosing the movement and weight that is best suited for your fitness level.
At Revolution Fitness we offer daily RevFit classes and even Teens and Kids classes. We invite you to give it a try today!
