BOOTCAMP / SPARTAN SGX / DEKAFIT
At Revolution Fitness our coaches have a ton of experience to help run, jump, and climb faster. Our group classes are focused on functional fitness movements and will give you an awesome workout while having fun at the same time! Appropriate for all skill levels.
For those interested in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR), whether you are a newbie or experienced racer we can help. Our training is done in a group setting and taught by top racers and coaches from within the obstacle course racing industry. Our classes will progress you from start to finish line.
TEEN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our Teen Strength & Conditioning program is offered three days / week and focuses on providing teens with the right balance of strength training and high intensity conditioning.
Jumping, climbing, balancing, crawling and learning about what it means to live a healthy life. Focus is placed on teaching children movement patterns through creative activities both using gym equipment and our own obstacle course rigs
Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Revolution Fitness Naperville is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular classes. This is the core of CrossFit Beginners.
Olympic lifting & Gymnastics
Weekly programming for both olympic lifting and gymnastics training that you can access via your app along with olympic lifting classes every other Saturday and personal support with both programs during open gym!
